At Chargizer, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery under the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Returns showing signs of wear, missing packaging, or damaged by the customer may be denied or partially refunded.
A valid proof of purchase (order number and receipt or packing slip) is required.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@chargizer.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and an RMA (Return Authorization) number.
Pack your items securely, clearly write the RMA number on the package, and ship it to:

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact support@chargizer.com immediately with your order details and a photo of the issue.
Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue either a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
