Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before checkout — including size, color, and quantity — to ensure everything is accurate.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

  • A 10% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

  • To request a cancellation, email support@chargizer.com with your order number.

Exchanges

  • At this time, Chargizer does not offer direct exchanges for incorrect selections (e.g., wrong size or color).

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one instead.

  • Need help choosing the right fit? Our support team is happy to assist before purchase.

Returns & Refunds

  • We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final.

Eligible returns:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective

  • Wrong product received

  • Product differs significantly from description

Not eligible for return:

  • Used, washed, or altered items

  • Minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., loose threads)

  • Missing original tags or packaging

  • Damage not caused by Chargizer

How to Request a Refund
Email support@chargizer.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

  • Shipping receipt, if applicable

⚠️ Important: Do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

  • Refunds include the original shipping charges.

  • If your refund hasn’t appeared within 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Return window: 14 days from delivery

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless Chargizer is at fault)

  • Chargizer is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
